1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and BOSS LION LTD, incorporated in the Republic of Costa Rica, operating under the brand StakeDuel. By registering an account, accessing or using the StakeDuel website, or participating in any gambling activity offered through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply together with any additional rules, promotional terms, privacy notices and other conditions displayed on the StakeDuel website. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and specific promotional or game rules, the specific terms will apply to the relevant activity.
2. Registration and Player Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever requirement is higher. You must also be legally permitted to use the services in your place of residence.
You may hold only one player account. Accounts must not be created or operated on behalf of another person, and you must not use another person’s account. The same person, household or payment method must not be used to operate multiple accounts, except where expressly authorised by StakeDuel.
You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and whenever requested. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify StakeDuel promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or any other security issue.
StakeDuel may carry out identity, age, address, source-of-funds and other verification checks. You must provide requested documents within the required timeframe. Know-your-customer verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in restrictions, suspension or closure of your account.
3. Deposits
You may deposit funds only using payment methods registered in your own name and lawfully available to you. Deposits made using a third party’s payment method are not permitted.
You must not use the platform to deposit or transfer funds obtained through unlawful activity. StakeDuel may monitor transactions for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, payment abuse and other financial crime risks. Transactions may be delayed, rejected, reversed or reported to the relevant authorities where required by law or internal compliance procedures.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made within your available financial means and do not exceed any limits you have set or that apply to your account. StakeDuel does not provide credit for gambling.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be processed only after successful completion of applicable identity and compliance checks. StakeDuel may require additional information before approving or completing a withdrawal.
Withdrawals will normally be returned using an approved payment method associated with your account. Where this is not possible, StakeDuel may use another reasonable method after confirming your identity and ownership of the funds.
Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method, payment provider, verification requirements and other circumstances outside StakeDuel’s reasonable control. You remain responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, promotions and other incentives are subject to separate terms. These terms may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bonus values, expiry dates, restrictions on withdrawals and rules identifying eligible games or betting activity.
The Up to 150% + 30 Free Spins on Aviator on your first deposit: 120% for deposits of $20+, 150% for deposits of $200+. is an example of an offer that may be subject to such separate terms. You should read the applicable promotional terms before claiming or using any bonus.
Where you breach the applicable bonus terms, StakeDuel may cancel or remove the bonus funds and any related winnings, to the extent permitted by law. Bonus funds may also expire or become unavailable when the relevant time limit or other qualifying condition is not met. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, bonuses are limited to one offer per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.
6. Responsible Gambling

7. Account Suspension and Closure
StakeDuel may suspend, restrict or close your account where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, misuse of a payment method, unlawful activity, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any other violation of applicable rules or law. StakeDuel may also withhold or review funds where this is necessary for compliance, investigation or the protection of the platform and its users.
You may request self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting support@stakeduel.com. A closure or self-exclusion request does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before the account was closed. You must not attempt to open or use another account during a period of self-exclusion.
Where legally permitted and subject to any applicable investigation or regulatory obligation, remaining eligible funds will be returned following completion of verification and compliance checks. Funds associated with fraud, unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms and Conditions may be withheld where permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StakeDuel is not liable for loss or damage arising from technical failures, interruptions, telecommunications or payment-provider failures, events of force majeure, or improper, unlawful or unauthorised use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unaffected.
9. Changes to These Terms
StakeDuel may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in law, regulation, licensing requirements, services, technology or operational procedures. Any updated version will be published on this page and will take effect from the date stated in the updated version, unless a different effective date is required by law.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. You should review it periodically. Where required, StakeDuel will provide notice of material changes through the website or by another appropriate method.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable to BOSS LION LTD, incorporated in the Republic of Costa Rica’s licence and registration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction applicable under that governing law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws that protect you as a consumer.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid where possible. If it cannot be made valid, it will be treated as severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
